What a busy weekend its been here in La Rochelle with the Rugby and we had guest's staying with us who had come for the yearly car rally (rallye de Automne 2019) which took place for 2 days all around our area.
At the start of the Heineken Champions Cup four tries gives Exeter Chiefs a bonus point win at the marcel de flandre stadium in La Rochelle.
After Exeter scored 2 converted tries in
the first half and La Rochelle unfortunately had a try disallowed Exeter
had a 14-0 lead going into the break.
The second half saw a try by La Rochelle before
2 more converted tries and a penalty by the Chiefs. La Rochelle did come back with a late
converted try but too late to effect the outcome.
All in all a great game with Exeter Chiefs
being at their very best La Rochelle could not get a foothold.
