Leicester Tigers Verses Bordeaux Begles

 What a great game of Rugby here in Bordeaux for the top 2 teams of France and the U.K.  Being a Tigers supporter (and La Rochelle of course) it was a great day out for all my family. In Tigers colours surrounded by 20000 or so flag waving drum beating Bordeaux Begles supporters. Kicking off the European Rugby Champions Cup in an electric atmosphere, both teams kept us on the edge of our seats until the very end when Tigers just manage to stop Bordeaux snatching a try to win

. 

Final score Bordeaux 13 Tigers 16.

 

Great review for the Pigeonnier in October

Je découvre le paradis de Suzanne et son mari, posé entre champs et forêts, la ligne d'horizon dégagée; calme et serein, le pigeonnier s'ouvre à la décontraction. L'intérieur est décoré avec amour, je le perçois en chacune des tentures colorées et tissus choisis, assemblés au charme de la pierre. Tout y est commode et présent, j'ai apprécié et m'y suis senti bien. L'accueil de mes hôtes fut parfait, discret, et attentionné, que demander davantage que d'y goutter à nouveau.

I discover the paradise of Suzanne and her husband, set between fields and forests, the horizon line clear; calm and serene, the dovecote opens to relaxation. The interior is decorated with love, I perceive it in each of the coloured hangings and chosen fabrics, assembled with the charm of the stone. Everything is comfortable and present, I enjoyed it and felt good. The welcome of my hosts was perfect, discreet and attentive, what more could I ask than to taste it again?
